James does very well with imagery in his short stories. Another effect I want was the way Baldwin employ feeling. In the beginning he states a block of field g lass is sitting in the stub of his stomach, I can imagine the way he aptitude feel, the emotion he essential be going through with(predicate) is not very badly to imagine. I myself have had friends twist victims of drugs, but in this typesetters case the victim was the narrators brother, his own family. The contract with drugs is an unsympathetic one.
