Uncovering  villainy in Heart of  sinfulnessIn Heart  of  lousiness, a novel  written by Joseph Conrad, the literary characters are  forced into a web of  tincture and evil as they enter the heart of the African  Congo. However, the Congo itself is not the true evil,  that the  dark instead  lies within the dimming hearts of mankind. Conrad uses the  oral darkness of  the African jungle as a contrast to societies  vatic enlightenment to  base  how the morals of civilized man are  upturned down when  open to what they claim  to be savagery. This contrast is most  perspicuous in the  variant  poses, the  changes in civilized individuals as they venture deeper into Africa, and the   net collapse of  fresh man under the darkness of the innermost Congo.
